My wife has a BSA ID but we can not find it or recover he password

My wife doesn’t believe she has ever logged in. We tried the Betty Bot reset of the password and it did not work. Got stuck in and endless loop.

When we tried to create a new account it said it already existed. Jesshebert09

I don’t think there was anyone else who would have had this log in.

I have tried searching different ways, but I cannot find her BSA member ID number or username.

I would recommend that she create a new account at my.scouting.org. Or you can contact your local council for assistance.
