MyScout “In-council transfer Initiated by the Parents” Error Issue

My son is trying to move packs. Back in March his old pack was absorbed another Pack and we had to transfer him in the new one and we did without issue. Now he’s found another Pack he wants to join instead and I tried to transfer him over, got to the last step and it’s giving me a “Error:Noapplocationtypes found”.

I’m confused on how to fix this, it literally gave me no issues back in March

And are you sure the new pack has Online applications turned on?

Im actually not sure, just asked leader that.

Def will anything in particular i should mention or just error?

I doubt they will know the error - but they can both manually transfer and send in a national membercare ticket
