I’m trying to register as a volunteer for my son’s den but I’m getting an error.
It’s saying I’m under 18, and I can’t edit my birthday in my account.
My Member ID is 13924889 and my Birthday is MM/DD/YYYY.
@JoshuaDale You had the wrong BSA member number set as primary. The one you should be using is 13900973. This should be fixed now.
You might want to double-check your address and phone number at my.scouting to make sure it’s current.
