My son, name removed, is a scout who has accidentally created his own account with the intention to link it to my account. However there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that. From my account, when I try to send an invitation to him, an error pops up that my son already has an account, and it needs to be deleted.
However, we couldn’t find a way to delete his account from the website. Searching online forums, the suggestion was to contact a support email, to get my son’s account deleted. I received an automated email response to post on this forum.
In light of the above, may I please request deletion of my son’s account, so then I can send him an invitation link from my account. Thanks in advance.
