Need help merging scoutbook accounts

Hi,
Grateful for the forum, and hopefully I can find help here. I am a parent and assistant leader. My son’s leader sent me an email asking me to merge two scoutbook accounts which I don’t seem to be able to do.
My primary # 136640783

The one I need to merge into my primary is # 13089336

The error message I get is Failed to persist membership. Reason: #[payload.responseMessage]

@GregoryEhle1 336 was deleted by council that is why you get that error in Manage Member ID - I will merge the SB users - log in will remain your my.scouting user/pass

I have already merged these Scoutbook accounts.

Thank you, I will email the scoutmaster and see if this has fixed things on his end
