I am my granddaughter’s den leader and responsible for all her costs associated with the program. The renewal link went to her mom (listed guardian) and without realizing I wouldn’t receive the same information, deleted the message. Is there a way to get the link resent to her mom or redirected to my email?
Scout ID: 136600163
My ID: 124517210
How long ago was it deleted? I often find that my emails linger in the “trash” after deleting from the inbox for 30 days (e g. gmail) or more by default depending on protocols for email retention.
That aside, the online renewal process has to be executed by whomever is the listed parent/guardian in my.scouting. If your granddaughter is listed under your My Applications in my.scouting, then you should have access (and theoretically should have gotten the email).
If not, you’ll need to ask your council to use the registrar tools to create a parent/guardian relationship for you with your scout in the Akela membership database. This is different from Scoutbook/SB+, and can only be done by your council staff.

Another option is that the unit can pay the Scout’s renewal online. So you could pay the unit, and the unit would make the renewal.
Paying at the council office is another option.

I’ve figured out the link format. It follows https://my.scouting.org/renewal/#########/new/info where the ######### is the BSA Member ID
Ask your Scout’s parent to try - My Scouting
It will only work for them so don’t be alarmed if it doesn’t work when you enter it. So far, this method is 3 for 3 in “I didn’t get the email”.
You don’t need the link in order to renew the Scout. If you have the parent / guardian “relationship” (at my.Scouting), you can just log in to your my.Scouting account and then:
Click on the notification bell at the top.
Or click on “My Application” → “My Renewals”
