I am requesting that the “Needs Purchasing” report show the icons of the awards, similar to the “Needs Approval” and “Needs Awarding” reports. This would make it a whole lot easier (especially in Cub Scouts) to identify an item. I have an inventory of awards for the Pack. I am trying to identify which awards I need to actually buy, and which are currently in our inventory. But since BSA doesn’t label the adventure loops or Webelos/AOL pins, there is no easy way to tell what is what. If the report had the icon, at least there is a visual reference.
I realize that this is probably a very low priority item, and I’m trying to purge our inventory of awards, so hopefully this won’t be a problem in a few years, but I’m sure there are other Awards Coordinators that would appreciate this.
