I am the advancement chair for both B and G troop. I can run troop reports for needs approval and needs awarding for both troops but when choosing needs purchasing it only gives me the B troop option.
Do you see closed purchase orders for the G troop? You will only see an option to create or add to a purchase order for a troop if there are items that need to be purchased.
Yes, it looks like someone closed the purchase order. Thanks for your help. Reopening it has helped.
