Adult MID 141690529 has a new adult application to join a pack. He then completed his SYT under a newly created MID 140518058. Please manage his MIDs and tell me next steps.

there is no merging Member IDs - the user can log into my.scouting.org > Click Manage Member ID > one of the BSA # will be there marked PRIMARY > as long as the info is the same then add the other MID (BSA #) - you want to make the one that is your unit registration PRIMARY. All training merges to Primary over 24 hours. If it fails SUAC can help as all the personal Info has to match. Another complication with this is the Parent relationship for registrations with is tied to Member ID - it is best to ask Council to also check that.
@DougWright Middle name and DOB do not match, so I have put them under management (Manage Member ID).

@DougWright This is mostly fixed.
The user has 2 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting. He needs to pick one to keep. The council Registrar can merge them.
