New adult Leader with multiple roles

Hi there! I’m trying to add member 137277244 to scoutbook as a tiger den leader but the system cannot find him. Can you help? Thanks!!

@DianaSmith - is this person on the roster at my.scouting.org ?

@DianaSmith not sure that user is currently eligible for leadership - they look to be a BSA employee, but they are not a registered leader, they need to fill out a Adult Leader Application

They were an employee but not one any longer. They sent me a paper application. Do I send it to my council?

yes you have to turn in applications
