New AOL Scouts, elective not showing

I have two AOL scouts who joined in September. They earned the Built It Adventure on 11/9/22, but Scoutbook is not recognizing it as an AOL adventure, instead grouping it under the Webelo rank. Can this be fixed? If not, how do I address it?
