Could it be because IR thinks there is no YPT for the IH? I checked the MID and YPT was completed on 10/1/21 but the shield is missing in IR.
IH does not require YPT.
True but that doesn’t mean IR isn’t looking for it.

@JohnGeiser that makes sense - on those 2 - new IR was made NOT to work well with ScoutNET as it is about to disappear - so that explains that
