New Family Transfer into unit

We have a new family trying to transfer into our troop and currently unable to do it. They get error message saying scout is not in the system. Transferring from 277 in San Diego to 77 in Iwakuni.

@JustinSkolek here is what I think they are hitting - the mother’s current BSA # is not attached to the Scout in the Membership Database - she can sign into my.scouting.org > click Manage Member ID and switch to the other MID Listed as Primary > That other MID is attached to the Scout and I think the system will work - One of those situations might be best to watch and guide

I also think she may have to wait a day after changing the primary before all of the bsa systems recognize it
