I had two identities apparently. I could login with my email on scoutbook (administrator for a pack) and my username on my.scouting.org (parent in a troop). With the recent login changes, my pack identity is gone completely. Email on both accounts was same. I’m not even a pack parent, let alone Adminstrator. I can’t find the JIRA system that I thought was here before to file a ticket. Help!
