New Merit Badge Counselor Cannot See Position or Connect to Scouts

I registered a new MBC on 7/17/26. When he logs into SB+ he only sees his registration as a Venturing Participant and is unable to switch the view to MBC. Member id 129205902. How should I direct him to proceed so he can see his merit badges and connect to Scouts?

Reposted, because I still have not gotten a solution. This counselor cannot select MBC and cannot connect to Scouts in SB+. What do we need to do?

It is a question of MBC and Participant - it has been asked

@SandraVan_Wyk I just watched that account sign in - it works fine - you need to show them how to change profiles to MBC in the top right of screen.
