I have registered a new MBC. When he logs into SB+ he only sees his registration as a Venturing Participant and is unable to switch the view to MBC. Member id 129205902. How should I direct him to proceed so he can see his merit badges and connect to Scouts?
@SandraVan_Wyk does the user know they need to change Profiles at the top right? Everything looks fine for the user
It can take up to 48 hours for a new MBC to appear in Scoutbook Plus.
The registration was posted last Friday. When I look him up in MBC search he is there.
Doing this second hand can be challenging. Has the scouter tried forcing a refresh and/or clearing cache to make sure they don’t have position data from before their MBC registration was processed in their browser?
