@Stephen_Hornak I understand that the key3 can do that, and I’ll fall back on that if needed. I was hoping the custom report would be resolved since I already have access to that.

@JeffreyScroggins - the reason why i asked for that report was to verify that indeed the merit badges are listed there.
I’ve requested the report from my SM, but note the council office did confirm the MBC had the badges.
The distinction Stephen was trying to get at was whether the council had correctly associated the merit badges with the counselor’s registration in my.scouting. Some councils use a third-party (or in-house) tracking system that does not necessarily reflect what’s actually logged in my.scouting.
If the person you spoke to at council confirmed it was showing in my.scouting, then that issue is off the table. If they were referring to a third-party tool, then the report from the SM should reflect what’s actually been entered at my.scouting.
@Stephen_Hornak @JenniferOlinger @DonovanMcNeil @CharleyHamilton Good news… I have access to run the council merit badge report. I ran it and confirmed those merit badges are there for that MBC.
I went back and ran the custom report and now I see the new ones there too. I’m curious if the development team took any actions?? Another explanation may be that the additional privilege given to me may have allowed me to see on the custom report (just a theory). I’ll reach out to another person in my troop and ask if they can run the custom report and see the same data. It would be preferred (and nice) to keep the custom report as an accurate tool without the extra privileges of being a key3 delegate.
There have not been any changes related to MBCs that would have changed the roster behavior.
Perhaps this will remain a mystery then. I did check with another person in my troop and he is able to run the custom roster report and see the MBs for MBC 13985864. Thank you all again for your input.
