New Parent unable to log into scoutbook

New parent in my troop is able to log into [training.scoutbook.org/home] to complete training modules, but an error stating no account is linked to her email appears when she attempts to log into scoutbook. Member ID 141521462

Any suggestions? I can provide the email if needed.

Is she logging in with her my.scouting.org ID which is the portion of her e-mail address before the @?

I do not see any issues with her accounts.
