"No Email" set on Parents account

I have a Parent Account that keeps reverting to opt out of Email. He makes the change in his profile but it keeps reverting back to Opt out of Emails. Can you look into why this is happening?

The Parent is pushing that setting. Perhaps watch them and help them get it right


The last time this parent logged in to Scoutbook was in February. I agree with Donovan, you need to watch what he is doing.
