Hi. We have a new scout shoes parent created an account but the scout is not registering with our pack. I have seen that the correct pack was entered in the account. Please help. Thank you!

We don’t know. No one can find him, including his parents. Do they need to put his info in again?
Did they Register the scout? like at beascout.scouting.org? Did a Key 3 accept the scout in Application Manager?

I’m not understanding the issue. Is this someone you know? What’s their bsa member number?
