New Scout on Roster; Record Awards But Not Showing on Recognition Reports

We have a new Scout that is showing up on our roster, and we can enter advancements for him - recording and approving. His items show up on the to purchase tab, and the to award tab. However, his items to be awarded do not show up on the Pack Recognition Report run through the reports section. Is there a way to fix this? We inadvertently missed him last month because he didn’t show up on the recognition report we used to prepare the awards.

@ChristopherSalemka I think the Date range of the Report is outside of items for the Scout - can you check that?
