The Troop Recognition Report is missing at least one scout’s merit badge award. I ran the report with a date range of 9/1/2024 - 11/10/2025. Scout had earned the Swimming mb on 11/16/2024 and it did not appear on the report. Other scouts who earned the same mb on that date were on the report.

Is the Scout’s Swimming MB marked Awarded? By default the recognition report does not include items that have already been awarded. Did you check the Include Awarded Within Date Range box?

No the mb was not marked as awarded before the report was run.

The mb does appear on the PO that I created.

Post the Scouting America Member ID (no names) of the Scout with the missing MB and the ref: number at the bottom of the report.
