New Scout Parent with Multiple Accounts

In my latest group of crossovers, I’ve ran into the problem of multiple accounts again with one of the parents. It looks like they had never set up SSO and instead had a separate account registered or added to Scoutbook by their Cubmaster. Any ideas on how to fix?

He’s at the wrong website. He needs to be using
