New Scout showing in my.scouting roster but not Scoutbook after over a week since approval

A new scout was approved over a week ago but has still not populated in ScoutBook. They do show up in the my.Scouting roster. In the past new registrations populated in 24-48 hours. Not sure who to raise this to or how to get it resolved.

No, I would think this would be considered after. He submitted an online application that was approved last week. Recharter was submitted back in October and took effect on Jan 1.

Go ahead and make a user and give me the the User ID and I can apply the BSA # to it
