New Scout Trying To Register, "Error Code Failed To Add Member ID. User Not found., Message: Invalid Request."

Hello friends,

We had a new family attempt to register to join our Pack online, and when doing so they get the message in the title (see screenshot below). The parent also said in his email:

“Thank you for the email and information. I tried to submit the online application but I got an error message as follows:

Any thoughts on how to get by this? It keeps filling in an old phone number I think from when I went to college in 2002. Not sure how to proceed. Thank you!”

First guess is they clicked Transfer - ask council @GregoryStevenson1

It turns out that using Google Chrome Incognito Mode solved the problem. Who knew? Lora (colleague of @GregoryStevenson1)
