I am key 3 delegate for BT321. I am not able to connect with the profile for one of our leaders 140915529 to add his health form info. I am also troop admin and usually have access to everything except accepting adult leader applications and changing their positions. I had access to him 2 days ago and now I do not. The COR did clean up connections last night. Not sure if that caused my issue. Please advise.
Also our health forms officer 13201067 has access to all scouts/leaders for this same reason except for the same leader 140915529. I have checked his connections etc and all looks right.

It looks like the user’s parent “relationship” to the Scout (at my.Scouting) is under the secondary BSA member ID number. Please ask the local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up the leader’s child (or children). In the “Relationships” tab / section, he needs to be removed as parent under the secondary BSA number. Then he needs to be added as parent under his primary BSA number: 140915529. This should help to prevent future issues.
He also had multiple Scoutbook accounts, but I have merged them.
