No Email on Send Messages

We have a treasurer and Committee Member that has been with our unit for quite some time that is now showing as “No Emails” when we try to use the Send Message option for our troop. I did check on his profile and he is connected with a valid email address.

Please advise.

The individual needs to log in to Scoutbook, go to My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → E-mail and turn off the E-Mail Opt Out slider so that it is to the left and the background is gray.
