No Emails on send emails

When I go to send emails to parents a number of them have a red NO EMAILS next to their name.

How do I tell them to fix it or is that something I can fix? I looked on my own account and I do not see where I can turn off emails from the Troop

@ConstanceGonsalves that means they have opted out of receiving email from your unit - they can change that if they desire by logging into scoutbook.scouting.org > click My Profile > at top click Email > at very top of page is a Messaging Opt-Out Toggle > if to the right and RED they are opted out.
