Parent Can't Change "No Email" setting

I saw this issue previously posted and it turned out the parent was in the child’s scoutbook account. Can an admin verify this is the same issue for one of my pack parents?

That parent was in just yesterday > the need to go to their profile > click Email > at the top of the page is the opt out switch

That toggle switch isn’t working for her.

Same issue with a parent - they should check if they have multiple SB accounts using the same email. That seems to have the same effect as opting out.

Can you provide more details about what is t working with the toggle switch?

@SarahBrisson The parent’s e-mail address is also associated with her Scout’s Scoutbook account.
