No green check box on main profile not syncing

I have a scout with Membership id 122611596 not syncing have gone to membership tab and unapproved and reapproved he seems to have no registration issues Any thoughts

The Scout’s leadership position as Instructor is not approved.

That’s all I see after a quick look.
