I think the other way you can fix this is have your COR or a COR Delegate go to my.scouting.org Roster → Position Manager and change the registered position from Den Leader to Tiger Den Leader.

Unfortunately for Cub Scouts, Lion, Wolf and Bear leaders register as Den Leaders while Tiger and Webelos register as Tiger Den Leader and Webelos Den Leader respectively.

@RoyStiles Try using the generic Den Leader position, one that is not assigned to a den.

I’ll bet thought if I look at my others with this issue, I’ll find that I closed the role automatically create when when it populate from my.scouting.org and changed their position from Scoutbook. This happens when the come in as Den Leader and I close it and change it to Tiger Den Leader. I’m thinking maybe those changes need to be make from my.scouting.org

Exactly. If he is properly registered as a Tiger Den Leader you should get the button back.

Ok, I suspect you have figured it out. There are threads going back to 2022 with this issue and often the answer is that it is a bug, but what people need is a work around. I’ll figure this out tomorrow and hopefully post back how I fix this. I am COR delegate for the Troop but not the Pack so I’ll need to get the COR to help.

Yes, that fixed the issue. I just went into my.scouting.org and changed their positions. That populated overnight to Scoutbook and that fixed the issue. I did it with 2 leaders that were having this issue. Once the new roles populated to Scoutbook then I closed out the old roles in Scoutbook. Thanks!
