We have a registered leader that is not showing a leader role in Scoutbook Plus, only a parent/guardian role.

Check the filter on your roster page. I see this adult’s leadership position in both the membership DB and the Scoutbook DB
Also try a hard refresh or incognito window.
I apologize for the confusion. I meant the leader themselves does not see their leadership role in the drop down in Scoutbook Plus, only the parent/guardian role.
I’ll have her try the hard refresh/incognito window and see what that does.
The leader is stating they still only see their parent guardian role, not the leader role.
@LaddKettren- doing this third party does not provide effective support. Is it possible for the user to post.
A screenshot (without names) could be helpful.
Yeah sounds like one of 2 things. Either the Leader needs someone over their shoulder logging in to show them. Or they are logging into a different User/MID
I’ll see if I can get her on discussions and get screenshots of what she’s experiencing. I had recommended it on Tuesday night at the unit meeting, but she asked for assistance.
Here is what we checked before posting:
Logged into my.Scouting and verified the MID associated with her associated positions.
Used the same login to access Scoutbook and Scoutbook Plus and verified the MID matched.
Had the user log out completely, cleared all cookies and cached site data, closed the browser, and then reopened the browser and logged in.
After all that is when I posted.
Not sure if this is what fixed it, but we adjusted the leader’s role permissions within legacy Scoutbook and then waited until the next day. When she logged in the next day and went to Scoutbook Plus, she now has a leader role showing and is able to perform the functions necessary in Scoutbook Plus.
