I have lost Scoutmaster access to Scoutbook Plus for the Troop I serve. I am showing as a parent only. I’m still in Scouting.org and other locations. All my other roles are still active (Commissioner, Venture Advisor, EO of a Pack and Troop, etc)
I’ve cleared cache, and cookies and used multiple devices and no luck. Our Council registrar has contacted Dallas and they ‘said it should be fixed. It hasn’t and she reach out again.
Wondering if anyone here has ideas.

Has your unit’s renewal been completely processed?
Yes, all my other drop downs are still active
We do not renew until February
but is the Troop leader one active?
I don’t know how to drop up snapshot in here. I am only showing as a parent in our troop I should be showing as a leader. I am showing as a parent and a leader in our crew.
The only thing I can think is everything is missing from the Cub Scout pack also. I’m wondering if a delay in their recharter is affecting my other units. Im the EO in the Pack.
Yeah it all looks good - I think that is a call to council first as pack does look a little odd
My Pack access is gone too. I called the registrar and we’ve been working on it a few weeks. She said she connected with national and everything should be fine.
But it’s been gone for weeks. On 12–14 I added all of our outings for 2026 in the calendar and the next day at a troop meeting I tried to approve some stuff in my access has been gone since then.
I am the EO of a pack and I’m listed as a committee member and that access is all gone now as well. The pack rechartered in December. I don’t know if that has affected it or not. It’s never done it in six years.
