I am a MBC and progress is not showing (i.e. there is a scout who has done all but one Family Life requirement but the badge currently shows zero requirements completed-- it erased all of the info I put in there over the last 18 months).
Also, I am a mom and progress is not showing (i.e. I added notes for all of my kids camp-outs in Camping MB about a month ago and none of them are showing).
I’m trying the app, the website, the old scoutbook, the new scoutbook, etc.
@KatherineFroeb well as an MBC the App would not work - it is only for Scouts and Parents. IT kind of sounds like the scout is on a different version of the MB. What is the Member # of the Scout (no names)

On the Not started - they could be started on a different version of the MB and we would not see that in our tool. You can go to the MB page in SB+ and check older versions of the MB.
The Scouting App does not function for leader positions - just Scouts and Parents.

yes, trying to enter final MB credits as MBC for Family Life. Rebooted. Now it said “success” (or something, it happened quickly and I didnt read all of the message" but if I pick 2015 or 2019, all lines are greyed out. So it won’t let me see the MB progress in different versions

OMG I tried on my phone, selected 2015 (for Family Life) and it worked! All of my comments were there! wow, I was about to cry over this its been so frustrating. thank you!
ok so the lingering question is this: if they started with an old version, I must complete with the old version? I cannot move the old progress into the new version and have the kid complete the MB as it currently is written? For example, just looking at Hiking and the only other verion is 2016 and its quite different.
