My Troop is having the same issue. Our Council Registrar was notified and he can’t see our Roster in IA either. Seems this is a more widespread problem than originally thought. I’d appreciate help as well.

Can you ask if we are talking about weeks or months to look into this issue? We have given up entering in anything for 2020, but I would like to know if we can use IA in 2021.

Today is a BSA holiday (Presidents Day) and there are power outages across Texas due to the winter storm. I would not expect any updates today.
As of today IA is now working for my troop
