If posting for someone else - post their Member # (no names)
I’m having this issue. My position in my.scouting.org is Tiger Den Leader. I have no other positions listed (even though I’m a parent to at least 1 active scout).
This is an urgent issue for me, because I can’t see den progress for awards tonight.
There was a post this morning that all positions in SB+ were supposed to have converted from “named” DL and “named” ADL to “plain” DL or ADL, respectively. Have you forced a refresh in SB+ to reload the latest code? That conversion may have fixed your issue.
@CharleyHamilton Thanks so much for such an immediate reply! I had logged into this with a brand new browser (Brave based on Chromium that I installed yesterday), so I don’t think that’s the issue. I also tried in a Private window in MacOS Safari. Safari doesn’t work very well normally, but at least logs in.
SB+ won’t log in at all (I get screen in original post above). Do you have a forum post you can link to that shows me what a forced refresh procedure would look like? Clear browser cache? Incognito or Private window? FYI, a browser cache clear would mess up other things I have not related to scouts, so it’s not my first preference.
Unable to log any advancements for my den members through the normal login to SB+. I was able to login through this link: https://advancements.scouting.org/
When navigating from SB to SB+ I was receiving the original error message. When using this link today I am now able to login. Unless something else in my profile changed that link is the only way that has worked.
