No Scoutbook Plus Access

I have a scout who is getting this message when she tries to access her advancement in scoutbook. Her parent created a new account for themselves and for her because the parent’s name was spelled incorrectly on the original account created by council. Now they each have two IDs. I’m not sure if that is related to why she is seeing this issue. The IDs are listed below. I appreciate any help you could give. Please let me know if you need any other information. Thanks!

@EileenWang In this case, it might be better if your local council fixed it. They have the ability to change names, merge usernames (logins), etc.
