I have a Scout (Member ID: 137246131) whose Star BoR did not get recorded on time (May 10, 2025). Somehow between now and then, Requirement 3 (merit badges) got marked - apparently by me! - as complete on 7/11/2025 even though the last MB needed was marked as earned in SB on 3/11/2025. Now I cannot change the 7/11 date in SB+ and so can’t properly record the 6/10 BoR date. I approved BoR effective yesterday in order to get this approved and purchased for CoH next week but need to go back and correct the dates. I tried to follow suggestion from another string and unapprove last MB earned but was not able to do so. - still learning new SB+ screens perhaps? Need guidance or assistance! Thank you as always!
@JohnRoberts9 this surrounds a know(ish) bug - what is the last Eagle Required MB on the Star page and what is its date? What is the Scout’s Member # (no names)
I have exactly the same issue with Star rank. Req 3 appears to be marked as approved on 8/1/25 by me but I didn’t mark it. Tried to enter the BOR date of 7/30/25 and it is blocked by date of Req 3. Member ID is 132458286. The date of last Eagle badge is 7/22/2022.

@JohnRoberts9 try clearing dates on Swimming and EScience to see if it gets past it - they both have that 7/11 date
Those two aren’t on her Star list but I will find and try that anyway.

@JohnRoberts9 try a hard refresh - Shift + Reload page - wonder if cache is holding onto data
I’m on Mac (Monterey OS Ver 12.7.6) /Safari (Ver 17.6). I tried clearing history, that logged me out of SB+ so logged back in. No change. Found ow to clear cache in Safari and did that. Logged me out again! But still no change in Scout’s account.
worth a try - go ahead and record the MBs again - this is all reported with alot more examples and details now - watch the change log

I am mac too - I would not use safari for any Scouting America stuff - get chrome or firefox
Thanks. Nursing along a 10-yr old MacMini. New hardware coming so will get one of those at that time. Meantime, borrowed a Windows laptop running MS Edge - not Firefox or Chrome - but I don’t see any differences re: this issue.
