Not able to add email to account without existing

I have been unable to add my email address to my account for a few days. I do not have an email address listed right now. Receiving “oops, unable to…” error message.

Please send an e-mail to scoutbook.support@scouting.org with your name, BSA member ID, unit and council with the same description you posted here. Post the SSD number you receive in the subject of one of the automated e-mails you receive. We will have the developers look into the problem as there was a change made on Tuesday to this logic.
