Not able to connect Scout to my adult log in

When I try to add a new connection, it comes up with an error. “Whoops we have encountered a problem!”

My son is membership ID 134937235

It also says that I am still in the Cub scout pack 60, but we have moved on to Troop 398 (Lindenhurst NY)

@CarrieOConnell OK I think it is the apostrophe - but you had another user that is connected

I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number 13570727
