When you set up your meeting calendar it just populates all available dates - including dates that you plan Pack meetings and other activities. Last year I could edit dates to move meetings to account for this year I go to set up my meetings and I click edit and when I click on a date it will not change! How do I set up my meetings on the date I plan on conducting them?
