Not able to link to my scout's SB account

Looking for help- My son made a SB account following instructions listed on SB. When I try and link to his account as his parent it says he already has an account and we need to delete one of them. It references a “delete account” button that does not exist in my view. Can you please help us delete his account so that we can link to him as his parents? Thanks! Please let me know what info you need from us.

@KendraWagner Please ask your Scout to log in at my.scouting and double-check his date of birth. If it is not correct, please contact your local council and ask them to correct it.

Everything else should be fixed.
