Not able to see my Scout to register

I am trying to register my scout (BSA ID 137372863) for this upcoming year, and I cannot see him on myscouting when I login. I think I may have duplicate registrations for my self, as it says on Scoutbook that there is another person using my email (removed by Moderator) My BSA # is:140875272 and I use my apple ID to login. I am in the Northern Star Council.
