Hi,
I’m an E-Prep MB councilor and I see the MB listed in my list on my end.
However, the Troop’s Scoutmaster did not see my name in the list of councilor when he tried to assign me a Scout tonight.
Any idea why?
Your Youth Protection Training expired 7/4/2024. About 24 hours after you retake the 3 required modules plus the quiz, you will be restored to the MBC list.
Sorry, I missed that one. Unfortunately the tool we have to show training shows it all sorted by date with no other way to sort so we just have to scan the list.
I suspect what happened is you are already connected to the Scout either as a unit leader or for another MB. Scoutbook will not show MBCs in the search that are currently connected to the Scout. I suggest the SM check for a current connection between you and the Scout by clicking on the Scout’s connection page. If you are already connected to the Scout, the SM clicks on the your name then check the MBC box if necessary and select the MB.
