Hello! We are having the same issue with our entire leadership! Can you help?
We need Scouting America Member IDs (no names) in order to investigate.
We have a Troop G and Troop B. These are all of the leaders for both. Thank you!

@KarenSchumpp that user is only registered in the Male Troop. As far as other missing, you would need to list all Member IDs.
@KarenSchumpp if you are talking about an Error message in Legacy Scoutbook > when you select Adult from Roster > that is a known issue - just press Shift + Refresh on the Error page to get past it
