Not receiving Pack email from Scoutbook

Hello,

I’ve read the previous threads with similar problems and have tried all suggestions. I can not receive email that is sent as “pack” or “den” email through Scoutbook. I do receive other system generated email from Scoutbook. I’ve double checked my settings and all junk/spam folders, searched emails and tried “test emails” in different configurations. I’m not sure what else to check. I’m using gmail and haven’t had any other issues with it. Help!

Are you a pack leader? Assuming so, try two test messages to yourself, both with bcc off:

  1. By selecting your name from the leader column only
  2. By selecting your name from the parent column only.

Make sure the test message is clearly labeled so you know which is which.
