Not Seeing Advancement Data - 2 IDs

Hello,

I have a scout that has two member IDs. One is for his old Council (he was in a troop), and one is for his new Council (he is in a Crew). I am a CC/Unit Admin for his unit in his New Council.

I am not seeing his advancement for his old Council when I login to Scoutbook. This Scout is currently Life rank, and is doing his Eagle through the Crew - he is no longer registered in a troop. We’ve done this in the past, and I could always see the Scout’s ScoutsBSA advancement when logging into Scoutbook/My.Scouting - but his comes up blank. I can’t even start his Eagle Application, etc. Any ideas for what needs to be done so that his prior advancement carries with him and we can see it? Thanks

@TomPrz so is scout no longer active in the old council? the registration was just renewed

I believe he may be on the charter still, but he isn’t active, and is doing his advancement in the new Council (we’re right next to each other.)
