I’m trying to figure out how to get e-mail notifications anytime something is added or edited to our Troop Calendar. I was referred to this forum as my contacts were not aware that Scoutbook was able to automatically send out notifications whenever anyone added an event to the calendar or edited the details of an existing event. Just don’t want to miss out on something b/c I’m not able to just go in and scan the calendar for anything new and even then, could still miss things and definitely missing out on time changes, location changes, etc. Thank you for the help on this!
@VirginiaRogers - no scoutbook does not send out notifications like that. You can subscribe to the calendar
I think at one point if a Youth had calendar edit access, and they made a change, admins would get an email. Not sure which version of the calendar that was.
