Old advancements showing up

Can you please look at Scout 136699613?

He was awarded a communication MB but it is now showing in the “To Award” Report.

Also, 130626299 has Scouting Heritage, Digital Technology, Cit in Comm, Cit in Nation, and Safety MB’s that just appeared.

I am thinking I have a tinkerer in my Troop causing havoc while “trying to learn”. Can you see if someone edited the records.

I forgot to mention that there is no trace in an audit log.

Was there a database restore lately?

So 130626299 is not showing on the Comm MB page as awarded. So I assume this all has to do with views and web page scripts. Does this have to with the known issues of awrds?

FYI: We just had our CoH and this was not an issue. So this has to be a recent update in the last two-three weeks.

As for the other ones that are missing approval dates and in the need to be awarded, how are they just popping up? It appears to be random.

Is Scoutbook programmed like Novelle where you can have different layers of Admins that can do specific things and manipulate the environment and data. For example, National, Council, District, Unit? (This would explain alot. It also would be a good thing but the source of many issues if people are unaware and unpropperly trained. )

Or is it more like MS where you cannot manipulate the environments but only have access to to different files and sectors?

Thanks for all of your help guys. I appreciate all you do and it does enhance the overall quality of the program that we can offer the children.
