I am working to help clean-up the Pack’s advancement records. A few Webelos scouts (now AOL) earned the rank of Bear in June 2024 but their achievements were not entered into Scoutbook during the 2023-2024 school year. Is there a way for admin to enter their 8 adventures or at least their Bear rank so it is reflected on their account? This happened before I was a part of this unit. Procedures have since been reviewed and routines established to ensure this does not happen in future years. Thanks.
Because these ranks were earned on the old program, your only option at this time is to contact your Council office and ask them to add the missing ranks.
